Toni doesn’t just shape HR policies—she transforms organizations by designing HR architectures that unlock human potential and deliver measurable business results. With more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, retail, high-tech manufacturing, and nutraceuticals, she has built and scaled HR functions that elevate performance, culture, and engagement.


As Vice President of Human Capital at a high-growth startup, she scaled the business from four to more than 400 employees in just three years. She didn’t simply grow headcount—she created the entire HR ecosystem, from talent pipelines and onboarding to training, compensation, leadership coaching, and career pathing. She also played a key role in preparing the facility for SQF certification, aligning HR processes with operational requirements to ensure compliance and readiness in a highly regulated environment. The result: an 85% engagement score and turnover rates that outperformed industry benchmarks.


At Chromalox, a global manufacturing company serving the energy sector, Toni inherited a 34% engagement score and 6% turnover. Within a year, she boosted engagement to 50%, cut turnover to 2%, and reduced safety incidents by 80%. She also led global initiatives, including designing competency-based career guides and chairing the corporate COVID-19 HR response team, ensuring business continuity at a critical time.


Her foundation in retail adds a unique dimension—she was selected to design a model store with innovative service concepts later rolled out company-wide. At Nutraceutical, she managed multi-state HR operations, harmonizing systems and policies during mergers and acquisitions.


Today, as Founder of Elevate HR 360, Toni brings this depth of experience to organizations seeking to align culture with strategy. She specializes in culture transformation, workforce planning, succession design, change management, and executive coaching, always with a focus on trust, accountability, and results.


Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Utah State University and senior HR certifications as a SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Grounded in Utah’s Rocky Mountains, she recharges hiking, kayaking, skiing, and photographing nature. Her philosophy is simple: build legacies where people are the heart, culture fuels performance, and success follows naturally.

Britney is a seasoned HR and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through rapid growth, cultural transformation, and complex multi-site operations. She is known for blending operational discipline with people-first leadership, helping businesses scale both systems and culture to achieve lasting results.


Her career includes overseeing multi-state portfolios that spanned thousands of employees and multi-billion-dollar revenue streams. In one role, she boosted operations from two to nine facilities while playing a pivotal role in managing more than $2.5 billion in annual revenue. But her impact wasn’t just operational—her focus was always on championing employee engagement, building open-door communication, and integrating culture into every layer of growth. She is widely recognized for creating practical solutions that help leaders navigate complexity while keeping people at the center of decision-making.


Earlier in her career, Britney rose to Senior Director at Target, where she managed a $600M region of 12 stores and 4,000 employees. She successfully led remodels, new store openings, and digital retail integration while strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing communication, and driving engagement in dynamic, high-change environments.


At Elevate HR 360, Britney specializes in executive coaching, workforce planning, and cultural diagnostics—conducting deep dives into engagement, communication, and culture to align strategies that work in both people and performance terms. She also brings expertise in labor relations and union avoidance, helping businesses build proactive, collaborative environments where employees feel heard and valued.


A graduate of Colorado Mesa University with dual degrees in Business Management and Marketing, Britney is pursuing professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-SCP). A former collegiate athlete, she brings resilience, focus, and teamwork into every engagement. Based in Denver, she recharges outdoors and cheers on her two daughters in their academic and athletic pursuits.

Kara is a seasoned HR professional with more than 15 years of experience designing scalable systems that strengthen compliance while building cultures where people thrive. She is recognized not only for her expertise in policy and process but also for her ability to coach front-line leaders, helping them grow into confident managers who drive engagement and trust.


Her career includes leading HR operations at a high-growth manufacturing startup, where she built the HR function from the ground up. Kara implemented HRIS systems, developed policies and procedures, and introduced succession planning frameworks that supported rapid growth. At the same time, she worked closely with front-line supervisors, coaching them through communication, conflict resolution, and team development. This dual approach ensured compliance remained strong while leadership capability expanded in step with the business.


Earlier in her career, Kara held HR roles at Vista Outdoor, Chromalox, and Management & Training Corporation, where she honed her expertise in payroll, benefits administration, audits, and employee relations. She frequently conducted investigations into harassment and discrimination claims, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards. Her experience across these diverse industries has equipped her to design strong HR infrastructures balanced with adaptability.


At Elevate HR 360, Kara specializes in compliance frameworks, performance management systems, and leadership coaching for front-line and mid-level managers. She brings clarity to complex challenges and builds systems that are not only compliant but also people-centered, enabling organizations to scale sustainably. Her colleagues describe her as both a “compliance anchor” and a “trusted coach,” a combination that makes her a valued partner for organizations navigating growth and change.


Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and is PHR-certified. Residing in Utah, she enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband and three daughters, grounding her belief that workplaces should support people as whole individuals—professionally and personally.
